The Austrian hotel contract conditions for holiday guest apply:
- Cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival, 40% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
- For cancellations made between 7 days and 1 day before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
- If the cancellation occurs on the day of arrival or in case of early departure, the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy for Meetings / Groups:
- Cancellations made up to 3 months before arrival are free of charge.
- For cancellations made 3 months to 8 weeks before arrival, 30% of the booking value will be charged.
- For cancellations made 8 weeks to 30 days before arrival, 75% of the booking value will be charged.
- From 29 days before arrival, 100% of the booking value will be charged.
Please note that we can only accept cancellations in written form. Booked services cannot be refunded.
