Prepare creative, fresh, and seasonal dishes for our half-board and à la carte service in all areas.
Co-develop new menus and à la carte dishes that align with our sustainably-minded Fuchsegg cuisine.
Ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
What you bring:
Completed training as a cook.
Several years of professional experience in high-end hospitality or gastronomy.
High standards of quality and a willingness for continuous personal and professional development.
Good German and English skills.
Knowledge of hygiene and work guidelines (HACCP).

Receptionist (m/f/d)

As the first and central point of contact for hotel and day guests, you ensure that they feel welcome from the moment they arrive and are well-informed. “Together, we create guest experiences that inspire.”
Your tasks:
Handling reservation requests for holiday and corporate guests
Check-in and check-out
Organizing and supporting meetings, workshops, and events
Maintaining the guest database
Managing guest accounts, handling invoices, and collaborating with various departments
Room inspections & quality management
Administrative tasks and project involvement across all areas of hotel management
What you should bring:
Enjoyment in interacting with our guests
Completed training in hospitality or commercial education
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
Excellent writing and communication skills
A communicative personality who enjoys working with people
Excellent German and good English skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
