Lounge & Bar

Our two dining rooms and the fireplace bar serve as stages for culinary enjoyment. The main star remains the cuisine on the plate. As a delightful bonus, the clarity of modern architecture and exquisite craftsmanship adds a flattering ambiance and a sense of comfort.

Lounge

Rise above it all—simply at Fuchsegg. The 100 m² lounge “upstairs” offers plenty of space for shared moments or a well-deserved break. Experience the Fuchsegg Lodge lifestyle among like-minded souls. It’s also the perfect spot for events and special gatherings.

Library

“Reading is a great miracle.” (Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach) At Fuchsegg, we encourage reading and reflection with an inspiring selection of books. In the Bregenzerwald dialect, the term “Brüge” refers to the space above—the hay sleeping area, the retreat. It was a very personal place where people once enjoyed the little free time they had. Today, we wish you cozy moments with a good book or a stimulating conversation with an interesting companion. Shared time or a quiet escape—it’s entirely up to you. The flicker of the open fireplace will do the rest.

There’s a special spot for everyone to play, chat, cuddle, read, romp, collect, explore, and discover.

As often as possible, be close to the mountains. No matter the season, the centerpiece of our covered terrace is the impressive local peak, the Winterstaude.
